1) Workshop to Define Migration Objects
Following the business process of the implementation migration objects will need to be defined together with their source and target systems

2) Integrate milestones for data migration into the overall project plan
The high level project plan is part of the agreement for the targeted data migration as a fixed price package. It is developed together with the customer. The milestones for each GoLive step will be integrated.

3) Define packages for each migration object
For each migration object following points will need to be defined so that a fixed price can be offered.
define extraction formats and fields
define transformation rules
define load formats and fields
duration needs to be determined based on workshop results of I and II.
4) Fix content for each migration package
